Drivers Education Instructor
We are looking for an instructor to teach drivers education. Instructor must have a driver’s education teacher’s certification or be AAA certified to instruct this course.

Please see the Facility Director if interested in contracting as an instructor.

Yoga Instructor
Qualified yoga instructors insterested in teaching classes at the Taiyo should call 225-6955.

Congressional Award Program
Open to ages 14-23. Set and achieve personally challenging goals that build character, foster community service, personal development and citizenship. The four program areas are voluntary public service, personal development, physical fitness and expeditions. Get started today on your way to earning a bronze, silver of Gold Congressional Award. Sign up at the Taiyo, 8-5pm Monday – Friday.

POV Resale Lot
If you are PCSing or just arriving and looking to sell or purchase a vehicle, the Yokota Lemon Lot is the place for you!

The initial cost to place your vehicle on the Lemon Lot is $35. There is a monthly fee of $10 and a $25 refundable deposit that will be returned once the car is sold or removed.

Register your vehicle at the Yujo Community Center before placing it on the resale lot. The following items are required to register:

*JCI
*Vehicle Model
*Liability Insurance
*Road Tax of the Year
*Japanese Inspection
*Date of Base Inspection

Vehicles parked at the resale lot without a permit or with an expired permit will be cited and subject to impoundment. For more information, contact the Yujo Community Center.

Cyber Café - Happy Surfing!!
In collaboration with the Yujo Community Center, the FSS IT department is pleased to announce the Cyber Café now offers wireless to the Yokota community. To log on to this service all you need is wireless enabled computer. When your computer picks up the wireless signal "Cybercafé" all you have to do is connect. Please keep in mind that this is a government operated facility with heavy use by Yokota families. Surfing of inappropriate websites is prohibited.
